Hattiesburg Eye Clinic - Oak Grove

I love Doctor Scott Paladichuk! He genuinely wants what is best for me, and explains everything thoroughly. He took his time listening to my questions and concerns, and explained different types of contact lenses, since my prescription is way outside of normal and I was curious about trying them. I didn’t feel rushed or like I was just a number in a chart, especially with the tech/nurse that initially did my exam and tests. She was very kind, thorough, and explained every step patiently. When I went to order new glasses, I was thinking the selection looked small, but there was way more variety than I imagined. I actually found two different frames I liked, so I got a pair of sunglasses in addition to my regular glasses. The ladies in the shop were very helpful and explained the differences in the frames based on what I was looking for, walked through all of my benefits, mentioned a discount on sunglasses, and my options on future orders of contacts after my trial pair arrives. All of the people I interacted with were so friendly, helpful, and upbeat, even just passing down the hallway. I had a very pleasant experience, and highly recommend them.

The best eye clinic in Hattiesburg. The service was great from the front to the back. The receptionist greeted me by name. The tech Zara was the best very friendly and inviting. Dr. Scott was wonderful very informative and friendly as well. My appointment didn’t feel like boxes they had to check off and rush me out it was a great experience. 10/10

My appointment was on a Thursday at 9:20. The lobby was full when I arrived. I was called to the back at 10:20 and some eye measurements taken, then sent back to the lobby. The eye tech said that they only have 2 doctors on Tuesdays and Thursdays at their location and only use 2 rooms. I waited 45 more minutes, then was called to the back and placed in a room. The tech and doc came in pretty quickly after that. Dr. Paladichuk is great, and staff were awesome, too. I give 5 STARS on the care, but the wait-2 stars.

They schedule you to come in when it is packed. Standing room only. Then they make you wait forever to meet with you. The people are so ignorant. Quit scheduling people only to come and wait almost an hour to be seen. Paperwork takes all of 5 to 10 minute... why the long wait. Receptionist was kind of uncaring which i could understand considering the people waiting... never again.

They did a great job. Front ladies went out of their way to help me with insurance, staff helped me get my lenses out, and most importantly, the Doctors didn’t speak to me like I was a baby like the last clinics I visited did. That was very refreshing. 10/10!
