Really great experience at this office. Dr. Doan was efficient without feeling rushed, she moved through the entire prescription process quickly and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. What stood out most was how thorough she was beyond just the standard exam. She asked thoughtful questions about my lifestyle and work setup to make sure she was recommending the right contacts for how I actually live and use my eyes day-to-day. So glad I came here! It was refreshing to have a doctor who cares, who exceeds expectations in every area! I ended up needing a retina specialist and she told me everything I needed to do to work with my insurance and get the appointment. And she followed up with me a few times to make sure I was doing ok and see if I had any other questions. Super impressed! I highly recommend Dr Doan!
