I have been seeing Dr Tran since August, 2025. He has been very informative and has changed my medication of 36 years. I was very skeptical but it has definitely helped lessen side effects I was having and is more natural to my body. He was also totally helpful and quick to answer a written communication from me regarding a procedure I was having and explained exactly how to updose my medication before and during the procedure. I appreciated the quick response and it certainly put my mind at ease. Tiffany, in the office, was very helpful in assisting also. Thanks!

Having issues with hormone regulating and critical vitamin deficiencies. Called to make an appointment and was transferred to “the clinic.” Left a message. After 4 days without a return call, I thought that maybe they didn’t get the message. The receptionist didn’t answer the scheduling line but happened to answer when I tried the nurse’s line. She was snooty and said they are booked out until the end of the year and require a physician referral. She said that she has 20 referrals on her desk at that very moment. Her attitude was so bad, I simply thanked her and said it must be wonderful to not need new patients and moved on.

Called to try to schedule and appointment and the receptionist was snooty and even though I was calling with a legitimate concern, I was dismissed because they think I was only going to see them for weight loss. I was NOT calling for ozempic! I am having issues and I need to see an endocrinologist. I have had my bloodwork done numerous times and this is where my primary care doctor referred me to go to next for additional work ups. I see now why they were so rude after reading all of the other reviews.

If I could give negative stars I would. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. Even as a new patient, to arrive early and sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half past my appointment time and not be seen by anyone is absolutely ridiculous. After at least 4 other people came in and were seen and left, I was finally so fed up that I walked out. I would absolutely never recommend a place with such poor patient treatment.
