Walmart Vision Center

About 3 weeks ago I bought a pair of frames off the shelf. Today I came in to get the prescription in the frames. Totally amazed that they were going to charge me to use the frames that I bought from them in addition to lenses that would cost over $300. They lost a $300 sale because they would not honor my purchase of their frames 3 weeks ago. Nickel and dime bullshit. America's best ain't no better

All the staff is super friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to help. The selection of glasses for kids is amazing and we have been to several places. The cost is less than half of what I paid at vision optique in mandeville.

Months after paying my total bill which was over $300 for my glasses I got a bill for $65. I paid it immediately. The next week I got notice saying it was an error and I did not owe the $65. I have been calling and emailing several times with NO response. I was hung up on once. I keep getting the run around!! I finally talked to someone yesterday that said they show I owe $10 more!!! What a joke. Will NEVER GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS AGAIN. Horrible customer service and good luck getting your money back from them.

I always have such a great experience with mark siverd at Walmart Eye Care Center incredibly helpful kind and professional. From the moment I walk in, I feel taken care of, Makes the process smooth and stress-free, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed. I truly appreciate how welcoming and patient he is I love this store and the amazing people who work there — highly recommend to anyone needing eye care services!

Augustus, Lena, and Shelby were so helpful to me at the vision center! They went above and beyond! I’ll definitely be back. 😊Rochelle is amazing too. She really loves helping people and you can feel this when she interacts with the customers and patients. She is full of light and kindness!
