The appointment was extremely unprofessional. Amy Morgan refused to allow my husband to accompany me and was subsequently overheard speaking disparagingly about us to the front desk staff. Furthermore, the visit felt rushed, lasting only five minutes. When I attempted to explain my medical history to establish care, she repeatedly talked over me and showed a lack of interest in my concerns. Never going there again.
This place they call a doctor's office is the absolute worse. All 3 times I came in I was not helped at all. I was actually told nothing is wrong with me based off of a MRI from 2yrs ago and I physically can't move. There's no compassion for patients here and was treated like a liar without checking or even looking at me. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone in need of any medical relief.
Scary, confusing. I felt belittled in one moment but when the doctor came in I was made to feel better about solutions for my child. I left with multiple solutions which left me confused as to why I was told ‘that can’t happen’ as well as “I’m telling you that doesn’t happen” from the nurse. The doctor has always been professional and helped us look for solutions. This was a very confusing experience nevertheless we will still be going back as the care provided has not failed us. My children are healthy during flu season and I do thank this Doctor for that.
The clerk was very very rude and even tho i call an hour in advance to let them know I’ll be ten minutes late i made it in eleven minutes and she made me reschedule with no one in dr’s office or waiting room . Appointment was 4pm and I made it at 4:11 pm and called to insure i should come an hour in advance and I stay an hour away
Always on time ,no waits and very good nurses and dr.and receptionist was awesome to
