We had a phenomenal experience, with an outstanding team who were focused on putting our nerves to rest. My wife and I have not been to an eye doctor for 20 years. The appointment started with Zaid, who took his time in taking our information and running tests, along with explaining every step. Next, we met Dr. Steven Hedges. He spent time explaining each additional exam for our eyes and was very patient as we explained our jobs and why we feel like we need glasses. His knowledge blew some of our theories out of the water, and was very knowledgeable about what type of glasses my wife and I needed. Last, we worked with Jose as he had some glasses set aside for us to try on trying to find the perfect set of glasses. He Explained exactly how much everything was going to cost and the time frame it will take to make our glasses. The whole appointment really made me feel heard along with giving me hope that with the specific glasses called Workspace, that I will be more efficient at work and have less migraines.
