They have a great selection of glasses. I was able to get my oakley glasses like last time. The girl who took care of me was very professional and honest, and help me pick all the things I wanted oh my glasses. Took less than twenty minutes to do everything and be out the door.

I really hate leaving negative reviews but something has changed at this Lens Crafters in Gainesville Florida. My wife and I have been long time customers of this store. As other Lens Crafters. It seems to do adjustments or replace pads it’s an issue. When you pay $400.00 to $600.00 a pair the customer expects great service. If I feel there’s an issue with the pads then I expect them changed. Even if we have to pay. But being told there’s no one there who can do it or no they don’t need replaced even if you say one doesn’t feel right is poor customer service. And to say to a customer on an adjustment you don’t need to come in you can do this at home. Really ? We don’t want to adjust them ourselves. Thought that was part of Lens Crafters service. Very disappointed in this store.
Every employee I interacted with was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I was able to order a new pair of glasses in a timely manner and appreciated their input into which frames looked best for me.
My favorite sunglasses were super bent after being stepped on. I brought them here and they fixed them right up like they were never damaged in the first place. Super helpful staff, thank you!
"I had a great experience with John. He is very professional and took the time to explain his detailed evaluation. In a friendly manner, he asked several questions to ensure I was selecting the best approach for perfect vision. Being able to communicate with him in my language facilitated the process and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend him! Additionally, the entire staff provided top-notch service, making it an excellent team effort."
