Hands down, one of the best physicians office I've been too, and I'm 54, and taking care of a fragile 79 yo. Dr. Ferdinand is a top notch Physician. Outstanding bedside manner, reassuring, confident, kind, interested, and capable. He and his team have done wonders with my Mom, a former Medical Practice partner and administrator who has an eye for patient care. Thank you for your care and outstanding handling of her cataract surgery. Compliments to your coordinator, De. Zhou, preop including Admitting Nurses, Anesthesiologists, and post op Nurse Omid. C. I love my daughter’s Doctor Dr. E, she’s the best Eye surgeon for me, very warm, kind, caring person. She treats us like very close friends. She looks for every solution that could best help my daughter. Always smile, makes us really very comfortable. She’s compassionate to her patients. Very professional, making sure her staffs are efficient and effective. We love Stewart her assistant too. We are treated very nicely. We felt special. Although not all of the staffs reflect the same vibe. There are bad banana in every basket. The place is clean, I never saw their toilets dirty. Very well maintained. We were here almost every two weeks during my daughter’s visit.
Initially I was the doctor they needed a copy of my CT scan. Made arrangements to have it sent online from Dr. To Dr. I asked before my appointment if they had everything they needed and they said no, so I assumed they received it. I drove an hour 1 way out there 1 way to be told they needed the CD in person. Was not charged for visit but needed to reschedule then drive 6 hours round trip to get a copy for them. 2nd visit with CD went well, learned alot. Front desk staff is not the greatest but Dr. Nikita Chapurin and Aaron Prosser PA are very helpful and informative. UF health ENT at Oaks mall is ONLY helpful if you have a doctor's referral and insurance.
The staff has been wonderful. My dad had an appointment at 10:30 this morning. When we arrived they said the dr was an hour behind. At 11:30 we were taken back and yet another hour later we still haven’t received treatment. I am beyond aggravated at the fact that there is so little concern for peoples lives. I had taken half the day off from work and looks like I should have taken the whole day off just to sit and wait. I run my own business and if ran my business this way I would have no customers!!!
Love the doctor but these wait times are ridiculous. What is the point of an appointment time when you’re not seen at the appointment time? You would think being scheduled in pediatrics and they know my child is autistic they would be better about getting to their appointments on time. I don’t know if they are over scheduling or what but this is insane.
