Well, I arrived with my 5 month pregnant wife and our 9 month old baby for her appointment. She, was a little frustrated from the drive and walk. Not,to mention being lost in the facility. But, as faith would have it we ran into a gentleman whom didn't point us in the right direction but, he escorted us and had a coworker to check and see who we were scheduled to see and escorted us to check in. After checking in and waiting for a while. That, same gentleman came out to see if we had received our chart and ironically the receptionist said, your chart is ready! That, gentleman name was Dr.Simpson, Dr.Simpson was very through and knowledgeable about my wife condition and treated her with an holistic approach. What started off as a 1 star review ended with 5 stars. I would highly recommend. Thanks, to Dr. Simpson.

I did my own research and found dr fry after another top surgeon turned me down. Dr fry was very nice and professional. I told her what i wanted and she made it happen. She immediately came up with a plan and i really appreciate her very very much. I am very grateful that she helping me out. I’ll be back with more updates as time goes by.

The staff and Dr's I have seen were kind, friendly, funny and I actually miss seeing them regularly now that my issues are resolved! I am diabetic, was seeing an eye Dr at another facility, but each time I went my tests were showing changes. After 4 visits with no resolution, I found Hamilton Eye Institute. The first Dr I saw there was able to tell me that my visual system was in flux causing the swings in vision, made worse by the development of early cataracts in both eyes. I began seeing Dr. Lao, scheduled surgery and now my vision is stable and I am able to drive at night. Dr Lao has the lightest touch, patiently answered tons of questions and was so kind when working with my indecisive nature when picking a lens. Both surgeries went very well! 100% recommended!

The wait is way too long. I came in just for a follow up to a traumatic eye injury that landed me in the ER 3-4 weeks ago. This appointment was supposed to be very fast. Only 20-30 min (is what they told me last time I was here). Just a Quick Look to make sure the retina has healed. My fiance and I have been here for over a hour and a half sitting in the waiting room.. if I hadn’t already paid the copay, I would have just left..

terrible. I got to my appointment I thought the cost was low for being students and well, he told me it's 230 omg I don't have that much and I told him he referred me to a clinic and the girl at the counter just told me to go back to your clinic (literally she ran me away). my clinic tells me to go...again make another appointment and then pay 243 dlls for that price they are specialists, the place is very bad, old deteriorated the attention they passed between them as they saw the patient because of my misfortune I am Mexican... they said Who is going to serve the foreing ? I have never felt so bad in a place that pays so much. in the other center of the eye in madison excellent service only as you touch the student attends to you... he did diopters... they don't here... the student lacks more education... not even to fire me... fire... thanks for to come.... 8/22/22I got another payment and they didn't tell me it would be something extra...another 90 is a joke for poor people.
