Five stars for service from Christine and five stars for the eye exam. I give one star for the glasses specifically the lenses. After less than a year they were already scratched and I have no idea how that happens considering I only use microfiber cloths. I've owned glasses previously from my optician in Florida that I purchased where they lasted for years without scratching. I don't think the optim eyes scratch resistance is as good as it should be. I could just be having a bad experience but there's no discount for replacement lenses once you decline the insurance. I never bought insurance previously and most places I bought from provided a warranty with a deductible to replace the lenses. I'll be going somewhere else unfortunately for my next pair. I'm hoping my sunglasses last longer. Hopefully the feedback will be useful. Thank you

From the front door on, this staff takes care of you. A clean, bright showroom with frames in all price ranges awaits you. The reception desk is usually buzzing, but they always make sure to greet you and say they’ll be right with you IF they’re with someone else. They’re fast and efficient, though, so you never stand around for long. After check in, the nurse and doctor are friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly: attentive to what you say and the implications on your eye health. Dr. Hume has facilitated impactful changes to my life by identifying issues before I recognize a problem and has helped me be more comfortable in my life and work. As an artist working with extremely small pieces, it’s made all the difference to me. I should also mention that the members of staff who work with you to choose your glasses and lenses are also friendly and they know their stuff. This branch o Optimize is easily my favorite crew of professionals I have to deal with. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Christine thr patient advocate was amazing. She helped and was so patient with my husband and myself and walked us through the process.She was so sweet and attentive. I'm definitely coming back. Also all the entire staff was nice and made us feel welcome. It can be hard to navigate getting your 1st pair of glasses but Christine and the staff made it easy and efficient.This will definitely be my home to get glasses from.

Dr. Hume’s and the entire team were wonderful! The visit was smooth, professional, and informative from start to finish. I felt cared for, listened to, and confident in the quality of care I received. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.

I loved my experience and I love the glasses I got. I forgot the ladies name that helped me find my frame, she was very observant and attentive. I haven't worn glasses in like 10 years due to me never really liking any frames. But I was finally able to find a pair that I LOVE. I will be bringing my children to get frames as well. Love the staff very friendly and warm. Keep up the great work everyone!
