Writing reviews, not my first choice BUT this office staff has pushed me to the edge! I wish there was a -10 to rate! This rating is specifically for the office manager. I have never seen an arrogant, unprofessional and holding grudges lady in medical field who treats loyal patients who's whole family have been going to this office for 20+ years. Her behavior was reported to Dr. Henry in the past as well, I guess he's ok with poor customer service to patients. I'm Glad that finally we have an opportunity to meet a professional provider/office staff.

Waiting almost 10 minutes on hold just to cancel an appointment is unacceptable. Proper customer service would be to briefly pick up the phone, acknowledge the delay, and let the patient know that additional time is needed especially when your facility charges patients a $50 fee for cancellations made within 24 hours. When I asserted that my time was also important, I was met with an attitude instead of understanding or an apology. Patients are expected to respect this facility’s time, but that same consideration is clearly not extended to them. This place comes across as having a “do as I say, not as I do” approach. Based on my experience, I recommend considering other options.

Believe the reviews . The customer service at this location is absolutely deplorable. I’ve been visiting this office for a while because Dr. Henry is great at what he does BUT his front desk staff is unfriendly, mean and enough for me to find another service provider for my rare eye condition keratoconus. Great Dr, horrible staff .

I am incredibly frustrated with this practice and am officially taking my business elsewhere. As an existing patient, I called to transition my three children to this office. I was told they couldn't accommodate all three of my kids on the same day due to "not having enough room." When I pointed out that they routinely see multiple pediatric patients at once and asked to schedule their appointments three months out to secure a single date, I was still denied. None of it makes sense. To make matters worse, their wait times are completely unacceptable. During my last personal appointment, I arrived at 1:00 PM and was stuck there until past 5:00 PM—so long that several staff members clocked out and went home before I was even finished. Save yourself the headache and find a clinic that actually respects your time and values your family Short Story: scheduling an appointment for multiple kids I offered to make my appointment 3 months out to make it easy, the staff flat-out refused, claiming they "didn't have room"—but admitted they do see multiple kids in a single day. ????? Huh ? So inorder to make an appointment I had to bring each child separately . This policy is highly impractical for parents. Combined with the severe delays in their clinic, I no longer feel comfortable continuing my care here.

ALL the staff were very knowledgeable and professional, with a clean and peaceful environment. Truly appreciated the respect for my time as the TEAM flowed “as a team,” responding to questions in a timely manner with EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. The diversity in music set the atmosphere where ALL are welcomed, making the “minimal “ wait times so much more pleasant! Teamwork truly makes the Dreams Work in this office! HIGHLY recommend Dr Henry and the office staff!!!
