Today I received some news that I needed some glasses bifocals at that the doctor was very knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable. It felt like I’ve known her for my entire life the way she was detailed and explaining each procedure and I felt comfortable and we’ll go back even the staff that assisted me with the frames and checking me into the system I arrive kinda early so I was able to be seen early as well and when I say it’s an environment, that scream, safety, professionalism, and family, and they will always have my business.

My husband recently went in to have his prescription updated and wanted to keep his existing frames. We were informed that the frames could be repaired and that the process would take approximately 2–3 weeks. The glasses were sent out on April 10th. After weeks of waiting, we were later contacted and told that the glasses were not repairable. Unfortunately, when the frames were returned, they came back in pieces and were completely unusable. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We trusted them with a pair of glasses that could have potentially been preserved, but instead they were returned damaged beyond use. Based on our experience, I would not recommend bringing your glasses here for repairs.

My experience was less than pleasant. I went in for the eye exam. I also had my kids who also needed an exam. They dilated my eyes in the exam. This was the first time I ever had that done. Unfortunately it caused me headache, inability to see, nausea, and extreme irritation. After that I had to pick my classes. To make a long story short I picked a pair of glasses that were to small for my face. When I picked them up they where blurry so they had to send them back. The other pair they charged me for progressive lens and I told her I wanted it only on the other pair. Because of the state I was in I didn't check. I was only worried about making it home safely. I think if they are going to dilate someone's eyes they should allow them to take care of picking glasses and any else first.

Took my daughter for an exam on November 17 they told us 2 weeks for pick up here it is December 20 and she still has NO GLASSES! when I called to see what the hold up was I was first told her frames was on back order. Called again and some lady answered the phone saying it’s the labs fault not ours so I said should I just call back in a week or so? She said No we will call you! I said well I find that hard to believe since I was never called about her frames being on back order. Mind you the prescription my daughter currently has is no longer useful for her she was prescribed a higher prescription. I thought this would be cool cuz it’s close to my home. But yeah I’d rather drive on grand River which is about 45 minutes from my home. The service was great! But they lack proper communication skills!
