My son was seen in April before school let out. We were told he needed glasses, so we ordered them. The first pair came in and were made crooked. They advised that if we reordered the same pair, it was likely to happen again. We picked out a different frame to order. I requested if he could use the ones that were made wrong so he can get used to glasses; I was told no, they can't do that because of insurance. It is now July 30th, and still no glasses. I have called MULTIPLE times to be told the vision team was busy and they would call back. I have not been called back ONCE!

This was our first visit, for vision only. We were treated with kindness, however I do wish it would have been mentioned that there would be multiple people in the room just for one eye exam. This is something I had never seen before. They were all whispering and I wish they would have just spoken out loud so I could be kept in the loop. Instead, 3 of them stood by the computer and whispered about what was going on with my kid...he has so many appointments at several different types of places and it was just unusual they were whispering as this is not how any other facility is. Several people also came in and out of the room, most without even knocking.

Went in and they found two cavities that I didnt even know about and had no pain of. I dont know if they drilled too aggressively (because the two ladies didnt seem to be paying me attention, just to their own conversations) but now those two teeth are sensitive to me even taking a deep breath. This isn't my first bad experience with dental depot. Just my first one as an adult and never again.

The staff here is amazing! My daughter has horrible anxiety when it comes to dental work. Donté was so patient, and compassionate with her. He explained everything to her before he did it, as well as Dr. Ferrari! Donna, at the front desk is also amazing!! Great customer service skills!!! I would give 10 stars if it was an option!

Everyone that works there was professional and spoke to costumers with respect and worked as a team to make sure everyone was seen and went where they need to. I like that they have vision, dental, and ortho in one place! We were able to get glasses and a cleaning in the same appointment in the same place! Super helpful, however the wait was long and it was freezing cold inside. Other than that, great experience. Great staff and highly appreciated the team work they put into seeing patients.
