Well knowledgex staff helped with all my insurance questions and found me an appointment to fit my schedule. Eye doctor was very informative about my eye glass needs. I will definitely return.
I really can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Pham and his team. They allowed us to be seen as a family, and explained each step and answered all my questions. I love that he allowed my older kids to ask questions and explained to them also. My son’s first appointment, who has social anxiety and he was so at ease. I’m so thankful for their knowledge and excellent service. It was so easy to schedule and update information. Thank you so much for an incredible visit.
Communication is severely lacking. They never called me to come get my prescription. I was supposed to get trial lenses and didn't. Pricing and exam charges are unclear and not explained. Update: I had not heard from anyone so my husband stopped by and grabbed my prescription for me. No one said they couldn't reach me. They did not attempt to give the trial lenses at that point. They had been calling the wrong number. It wasn't until after a poor review they attempted to reach me and found their error. They then called 7 times in one day. I not only go to school full time but also work and cannot have my phone being blown up unless it is a dire emergency. I was blown away that they insisted on blowing my phone up.
Dr. Pham is by far the best eye doctor in OKC. He cares very kind step by step tell you what you need with no rush..We had the best experience ever..It’s a must see him..it’s my forever eye doctor..
Dr.Pham is excellent along with his staff. They always make you feel comfortable and relaxed. He's very easy to talk to and listens intently to your concerns.
