Doctor’s visits are usually challenging with my child, but we were incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful team during our eye exam. Estrella was exceptionally caring and gentle, which made a remarkable difference. What touched me most was how she reassured my child, reminding them that I would never do anything to put them in harm’s way. That simple gesture meant so much and helped us both feel at ease. We also had a great experience with Wedi. She was thorough, professional, and reassuring. She took the time to ensure everything was accurate and clearly explained. Together, they made what is usually a stressful appointment feel calm and supportive. Thank you, Estrella and Wedi, for your compassion, patience, and excellent care.

Michelle Fazio is so awesome. She made my grand daughter feel safe. Michelle went out of her way to explain every detail to us. God bless you Michelle and thank you for making our visit pleasant
I’ve switched orthodontists before due to moving cities, and this office has been the easiest transition by far. They reviewed my previous treatment carefully and explained what needed to continue without criticizing the old clinic. I appreciated that professionalism. One appointment had to be rescheduled because of a staff emergency, but they called early and worked around my schedule to find another time quickly. Communication here has honestly been excellent overall.
The appointment was super quick and loved that they had same day appointments for my kids. The ladies that checked my kids in were nice and friendly. Same for the ladies that did the exam for my kids. The only issue I had was the doctor was extremely rude. I have a 3 year old and he had issues looking at the light. The doctor was rude about it. He kept saying make him sit still and look at the light. My kid is 3. Why work with kids if you can't be patient? He was in the room less than 5 minutes with my oldest. I also have a light skinned 1 year old. I mention that he is light skinned because the doctor said he wasn't my kid. I'm not sure if it's racism or what. All the paperwork I filled out showed that I had 2 kids. I asked what could cause my kids having poor vision and the doctor told me it's all genetics. I said but my eye sight isn't bad and he said that's cause those are not your kids. I was shocked!
My son has Autism and we can only do the vision clinic. The vision clinic staff is awesome! Very kind and patient! The doctor is very thorough and answered all of my questions. My son looks forward to eye appointments!
