Perfect Pair Optical Shop

I have been a very happy customer of Perfect Pair Optical for years now. I purchase my and my children’s prescription glasses, sunglasses and sports goggles here. Marie is always so cheerful and helpful. She keeps her inventory well stocked with the latest styles and brands, even designer brands. And her prices are very reasonable and affordable. I absolutely love the great turnaround when ordering as well as the extra mile Marie goes if we have had little accidents and have scratched lenses or broken frames. She always takes care of us. Did I mention she works with your insurance and accepts HSAs as well? Perfect Pair Optical is a no-brainer. You won’t be disappointed.

Things are great if there isn't a problem. If there is any problem at all there is NO communication from staff. It also seems as if there is no communication between employees. There were multiple delays and no matter whose issue it was, the staff made zero attempts to let us know. After 3 weeks of not receiving paid for items, my husband went in twice. Even knowing he was waiting, they STILL did not communicate further delays. My customer service training taught me that should there be an issue, if we simply communicated issue as well as what we could do to help resolve the issue, our customers were more understanding. Completely ridiculous that this happened twice to my husband in different years. Nobody accepted responsibility for anything. Staff then LIED to my husband and told him they communicated something in a message to me which they did not.

Well, this is coming up as my husband, but I am Jaime Montoya and I go to Perfect Pair Optical. The Dr. is awesome and she takes her time with you. She also answers any questions that you might have. Marie is fabulous. She adjusted my glasses multiple times without complaining....lol. She also gave me a discount because my left lense axis was not right, so she had to send it back. I and glad that I was referred to them!!!

A fabulous experience with Perfect Pair Optical! The owner, Marie, is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We got exactly what we needed at an affordable price and love that the shop is locally owned and operated. Great frame selection too!

Loved my new glasses, staff was awesome and fixed one set of my frames that was bent. Both sets of glasses came out perfectly. Cannot recommend highly enough!
