I had the pleasure of working with Judy, and she was absolutely outstanding! I came in looking specifically for Oakley frames, but because I have a smaller face and typically need something closer to a youth fit, finding the right pair isn't always easy. Judy first showed me the Oakley options available in-store, but as expected, most were too large. Instead of giving up, she went the extra mile and searched additional options online that would better fit my face—and that's when I found the perfect frames! Judy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different lens options, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt confident in my decision. Her patience, expertise, and genuine desire to help made the entire experience enjoyable. I left the store genuinely excited about my purchase and feeling like I was in great hands from start to finish. Thank you, Judy! I can't wait to pick up my new glasses. I will gladly recommend LensCrafters to friends and family, and I'll be telling everyone to ask for Judy. She truly deserves all the praise!

I wish I could give Doctor Richard one hundred stars. He was absolutely wonderful. The rest of the experience was confusing and horrifying. Their practices and policies are completely opposite of any other eyeglass place I've ever visited. Therefore the confusion. The prices were absolutely insane. 4x more than I have paid anywhere else. I thought it was just me being surprised and confused but I got to see another customer asking a lot of questions after she was visibly shaken at the bill. I will have to get my prescription filled elsewhere but I really did enjoy Dr. Richard and his thoroughness.
Excellent service. Micheal was the tech that assisted me. She was helpful in selecting frames that fit my face, knowledgeable of lenses and tints for sunglasses. Made it easy to select and purchase regular glasses and sunglasses. Highly recommend LensCrafters. In the end I received 40% of regular glasses and 50% sun glasses. What a great savings.
I’ve never been so turned off by a company. Please do not shop at this location. They ordered the wrong pair of glasses for me. Waiting hours in the store multiple times to get things sorted. Turner over is high at this store many new employees. The manager Judy has a very rude demeanor and insists on proving she is right. The new girl took a long time on my new and used pair of glasses when trying to fix the screws on the side, and left me with a screw hanging out the bottom on both pairs. On top of that she tired to give me “new” glasses with scraped lenses. I’m a pretty understanding person but the multiple poor experiences at this store needs to be addressed. Very condescending management. She left me a voicemail stating she was able to refund me the $50 warranty as a cashiers check without confirming my address so I will never see it. After hours and several times returning I’m leaving a poor review due to the “inconvenience “. Just wanted to share my experience do not waste your time here. LensCrafters used to be my go to.
If there was less than 1 star to give and still post a review, we would do that. Everything is a yes we can do that no problem when they are collecting the money but once the product gets here and it’s wrong they can’t do anything for you here. It took them 2x and a month and half to make the worst pair of $700 glasses ever. Then they say there’s a no hassle return policy which is a lie you have to wait 8-10 weeks for a check from corporate. This place is joke and the store manager is the worst person to having dealing with the public she doesn’t care about anything or anyone as long as she collects money from you
