My husband and daughter are seen here, so when I needed to be seen for something going on with my eye, this was who I called. I got in the same day, and Dr. Honeyman (Kinsey) was so kind and thorough. She knew what was going on right away and got me a prescription to help. Very thankful for her and the kind staff all around!
Dr. Dustin and his staff were amazing! Got me in as soon as possible too! I felt heard and understood. They are a very compassionate family oriented eye care group that really do do above and beyond to help their clients.
Really shout out to Dr. Honeyman and the entire team ! My husband’s prescription was a little off, we went back twice to have it rechecked and reviewed, Dr Honeyman and the team were extremely understanding and patient with him even though we didn’t get our prescription glasses in their office. He even reminded us to come back again if we still have any problems. They will make sure to get everything right for us! Great customer service and a very caring doctor! If you don’t have a good one yet for your eye exams or vision need, come to Highpoint you won’t be disappointed!
This is truly the best eye doctor I’ve ever been to. I’ve seen a few around the area and they are always the best.. Their front desk team is always nice and understanding on the phone. The doctors are considerate they listen and they explain what is actually happening with your eyes.. Other doctors tend to explain in a matter I can’t quite understand these Drs really break it down and use words that I understand. I’ve seen both the husband and the wife. My daughters have also seen both. Now they stopped taking one of my insurances a few years ago. However, it’s totally worth to still see them even if they don’t accept your insurance. They truly are that amazing.
After a year and a half of trying contacts (and I mean trying—Dr Kinsey gave me a sample of the new eyedrops that correct vision for a short duration. They worked and were amazing! If you need ever so subtle vision correction, you should go see them and give Vizz a try. In the meantime, I also ordered some cute little frames direct from highpoint. Enjoyed the personal attention and ease of one-stop shopping! 🛍️ 🥰
