Spectacular facility and staff! Upon arrival, the landscaping was marvelous, and inviting! The interior was clean throughout, and greeted by friendly and helpful staff around every corner! Waiting rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable! This is one busy place, and plenty of parking all around! Impressive, and thank you all!
I was referred to the behavioral pediatrics department at this business. I was on the wait list for several months and when a spot finally opened, the level of unprofessionalism and disorganization was disappointing. To start, the scheduler calls and say we need insurance to get an appointment but kept saying my son's insurance wasn't active. I explained that she must have put something in wrong and to tell me what she put, but she denied and wouldn't transfer me to anyone else whatsoever. I said I'd have my insurance call. This took only minutes to resolve and magically there was someone who could help when it's insurance on the phone. I am then informed I am no longer on the list at all and "it's not a big deal, just get a new referral." That's right, the scheduler retaliated and removed me from the waitlist that took several months over an issue that was resolved within minutes. They also don't respond to voicemail and I have left multiple over the past few months since this all happened and they refuse to let anyone talk to a director.
This might be the most overwhelming experience i’ve ever gone through. I had an ent appointment and drove 2 states for it just to be seen by dr Kriet, the staff was nice however a pre med student saw me before he did. i had a surgery over a year ago and still had a lot of complications. this isn’t my own diagnosis the surgeon that performed my surgery suggested i have might need a follow up surgery and before seeing dr kriet i had a second opinion and was told the same thing complications and collapsing of the nostrils. the dr came in without knocking for one, than rushed the whole thing.(it was less than 6 minutes) to add more damage it was interrupted twice. by the same nurse? or assist. over all he said he saw nothing wrong and said my nose looked fine, he said he saw no such thing as collapsing which 3 surgeons disagreed prior. i wish i saw the reviews before wasting my whole day and driving drown there to feel like crap and cry in the lobby after being disrespected. he clearly didn’t value or care about me as a patient to not even give other solutions or suggest alternatives to say i can’t help you or do anything without apologizing is beyond frustrating. if anybody is thinking about driving or traveling to see this ent dr please dont. or do at your own risk because my bad experience doesn’t mean everyone will experience the same.
I crashed my bike hard on a jump. Getting checked and x-rayed on a Sunday. Everybody is super kind and helpful.
Zero stars you make an appointment for 4pm and you wait an hour after your appointment time, and they tell others who have an appointment at 4 that it could be 30 minutes or more they don’t know
