I walked in to get a new frame for my lens. Took Jonathan less than 10 minutes for the whole thing. He was nice and super fast. I got a really nice and sturdy frame replacement. I highly recommend him!
I highly recommend Shawnee Optix for fast and experianced repair of your glasses ... the store is quaint and neatly organized with all types of frames for your glasses ... initially I went in for a quick repair and met with Jonathan who immediately assesed my broken frames and suggested for longivity that I simply replace my lenses into a new frame .. I agreed, and watched Jonathan go over to his wall of frames and quickly picked out a frame that actually fit my lenses perfectly .. he installed the lenses and made sure all was secure .. I tried the look and all was perfect ... pricing was far less than expected, and the style of the replacement frame was actually better than my original selection ... Thank you for your help ... I will return for future glasses for sure
The frames seem cheap, I've had to get them adjusted several times and I hardly ware them. The prescription lenses aren't made right. The PD on all of my glasses seems wrong. If you need to look to the side or down there is no prescription there so I can't see. There is only a quarter sized area where the prescription is placed. I have had 7 pairs of glasses made here and I've I only been able to wear 2.
Updated review - thank you John for fixing my glasses. I initially bought new lenses for my glasses in November and we had a lot of back and forth with issues with the pair. John followed up with me after I was unhappy with my glasses and he rectified the situation right away and made sure that the glasses were done right. Thank you for your dedication and for helping me!
Found via a Groupon and very pleased I came across Shawnee Optix. John was very thorough in helping me with new spectacles and was able to complete my order same day. It's worth noting that there was a large selection of frames to choose from and John really helped me find the one I was happiest with. I'm very satisfied with my experience and will be returning.
