Dr. Arnold has been caring for my vision needs for many years, and I have always been impressed by his expertise and dedication. During a recent visit, he identified an issue that required additional attention, demonstrating his thoroughness and commitment to patient care. He consistently listens to my concerns and treats me with kindness, respect, and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold to anyone seeking exceptional eye care.

I am very pleased with the care I received at Vision Care Associates as a new patient. Staff are professional and friendly. I received thorough testing prior to being seen by Dr. Arnold. He did a thorough exam and explained the results in easily understandable terms. He listened to my questions and responded to them all. I was fitted with trial contacts and returned a week later to give my feedback. I am extremely happy that my vision correction is enhancing my quality of life!

We had the best experience. Our four year old son hurt his eye. We called that same day at 4:00pm they were able to get us in before they closed at 5:00pm. Which was super helpful because it was going to be a long night if we did not see someone that day to find the route case of why his eye was hurting him. They were super nice and they did really well with our four year old. He felt very comfortable with them. They gave him simple tasks that he could understand when they did the exam. I would recommend this practice anyone.

I bought frames from them, and came back to order the lenses. After I paid for the lenses and left they called me and said they changed the price so I owe and extra $80. I went back willing to pay but they couldn't explain why I owed more, where the mistake was in the first place, or how they were correcting it. Just that "somehow" it got messed up so now I need to pay more. I was unhappy with that and asked for my whole order to be refunded with proof of the refund, to which they printed me out a refund recipt showing they refunded me IT WAS A LIE. No one reached out to me or tried to correct this for two weeks. I ended up going back and showing them that I was incorrectly charged twice and they they lied about giving me a refund. I just finally picked up my glasses almost a month later. And they give me a strong headache when I put them on. My recipt they gave me today says they took off $133 dollar but they didn't because I still had to pay full price. TLDR they aren't clear on their prices, asked me to come back a d pay more after I left. Lied about giving me a refund and kept the money. And after all that I still have issues with the glasses. 0/10

We had a great experience at this Vision Care Associates! The staff was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. The eye exams were thorough, and everything was explained clearly in a way that was easy to understand. The team was patient and helpful, making sure we felt comfortable throughout the visit. Overall, a very positive experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality eye care and great customer service!
