I have been visiting Dr. Patel for the past two years, and every visit has been a great experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and always very friendly. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. I always feel comfortable and well cared for during my appointments. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor!
I went to Hills Vision Studio for an eye exam and prescription in January because this practice is in-network with my vision plan. Dr Patel said my eye was dry so an accurate prescription was not possible and asked me to come back in 4 weeks. I paid the co-pay per my vision plan but did not get the prescription on the first visit. I went back in February and was asked to pay for $30 for the 2nd visit. Dr. Patel became very impatient with me and stormed out of the exam room at the end. I did not get the prescription at the 2nd visit. I couldn’t understand why an eye doctor would refuse to give out prescription after two eye exam visits. I finally went to another eye doctor and got the prescription like a breeze. Conclusion: Dr Patel was very unprofessional. Do not use this practice.
Staff are accommodating and welcoming! My wife got a complain and they swiftly helped her. Clean and organized store. Ample of parking space. Visible signages. See images for reference
TLDR; Would give a 5–star if not for issues with transition lenses. Dr. Patel and her team were always welcoming, thorough in her assessment and her clinic is equipped with the machineries needed to test my vision. I would give my review a 5 star if not for the problems I encountered when I received my new pair of glasses. I ordered the one with transition lenses but they issued me one without. I had to wait an additional couple of weeks (and in turn my vision had to adjust again to my old pair of glasses). They really should consider partnering with another company that does the job.
I've been a patient for over a year now and happy with choosing Hills Vision Studio. Dr. Patel found my contacts were not the best fit and axis. In a world where every Dr seems to rush you, I never had that feeling, she takes the time and is super thorough / precise. I had an emergency with a stuck contact, and they were able to see me same day. Also, every time I call the office the staff is super helpful and attentive.
