She is incredibly thorough in her examinations, attentive, patience, and genuinely caring. She takes the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explains everything clearly. Her bedside manner is warm and reassuring, and I always feel that my eye health is in the best hands. She has taken wonderful care of my eyes, improved my vision, and diligently screens for any serious eye conditions. I also want to recognize the amazing staff, Jacqueline. She is professional, patient, efficient, and always so helpful — whether scheduling appointments, assisting with frame adjustments, or navigating insurance billing. I had an appointment today at HMB Optometry with Dr. Neda Moshasa, and I honestly had such a great experience. The doctor was amazing. She was so thorough and really took her time listening to everything I shared. I felt like she truly cared about my eye health and made sure I understood all my options and suggestions. It’s rare to feel that seen and supported at an appointment, and she definitely met all my needs. The front desk staff was just as wonderful. Jacquelin Nabor went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. She made me feel comfortable, helped me pick out frames, and had all the patience in the world while still being completely professional. You can tell she loves what she does. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great care and people who actually take their time with you. Such a positive experience from start to finish.
