I had an extremely positive and informative visit. All staff I engaged with were friendly, professional, and very easy to chat with. I specially worked with Dr. Cynthia Carnie (and assistant I can’t recall her name) 10/10 would recommend! I also had the best time finding the perfect frame/style with Heather (optician)! I couldn’t be happier with my first visit and experience at this clinic.
Overall, a very good experience. Comprehensive eye exam and Heather was so helpful in picking out frames, but especially with the insurance and my cost aspect. The only complaint was the hour wait to see the doctor, but even so I will return for the quality of care.
Both Drs. Holt were awesome! However it was impossible to get an appt. When complications with my husband’s eye happened. We called and left messages, requested an appt. online. No one called us back!!! Finally went to the clinic in person to get an appt. and he was told they just get busy sometimes and don’t call people back. By the time he saw the doctor his eye had a lot of bleeding inside and he had to go to Little Rock! This was about a month after cataract surgery. Great docs, horrible support staff.
June 9 2026 I had cataract surgery done today on my right eye and what a difference I can see so clear. Very pleased. Everybody in the office and the nurses were great. Made me feel very comfortable. I am looking forward to my next surgery on my other eye June 23rd, I would highly recommend Doctor Holt and staff to anyone who needs cataract surgery.
I filled out the new patient appointment form a few weeks ago and never heard back. I went back in and filled out a contact form (saying I filled out the appt form and was waiting on a reply). I didn't hear back. Left them a voicemail earlier this week telling them I had contacted them twice on the website and was wanting to get an appt set up. No call back. The doctors may be great, the way the business is run is not.
