McFarland Eye Care - Hot Springs

I bought a pair of glasses here last year, and my experience was *awful* from start to finish. I was met with ineptitude, dishonesty, or both at every turn. The only thing they did correctly was examine my eyes, so I'll give 2 stars, because I can see well enough to write a negative review. I’ll spare you the details, but when asked to address my issues, all they did was deceive, deny, and deflect responsibility. They offered no apologies, and I had to pay extra to get the bare minimum. The employees here need to do a better job of listening, complying with customers' requests, honoring their word, taking accountability, and rectifying mistakes when they're made. Instead, they lied to me and tried to shift the blame at every opportunity. I won't spend my money here again. If you decide to patronize this business, it's a good idea to double-check behind them to make sure they actually do what you’ve asked. Otherwise, you'll end up dissatisfied and disappointed like me.

The entire team made me feel comfortable. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my eye health. I never felt rushed, and the level of attention and care I received was exceptional. The office was clean, organized, and ran efficiently. I left feeling confident about my appointment and my results, and I am extremely grateful for such outstanding care. I highly recommend McFarland Eye Care to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional eye care team! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Have been coming to your facility for eight years now. Have seen several of the doctors, opticians, and purchased numerous pairs of glasses. Personal one on one care is excellent. This last appointment even more so because I did not have to wait. No offense, but in the past I always planned to spend the day because scheduling was always off. This time I got to go out to lunch! I brought this to the attention of several staff members that whatever changed was wonderful and I was most grateful! Thank you for your great customer service and eye care. 🧓🐾

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Mya was my tech and she did an excellent job in the pre-screening. She explained everything along the way and performed fields of vision and eye movement exams to perfection. I teach these skills to nurse practitioner students and know a good exam when I see one! Dr. Goodwin has a great chair-side manner and explained my exam thoroughly without making it feel rushed. I also appreciate getting the exam notes via email. I give McFarland’s and A+!

This is one thing i did forget since so many obstacles in the way to have me surgery but your wonderful staff Sarah office manager billing department all came together and I will get the two surgeries much needed 9/9 first 9/23 second. Since I was so impressed by Madi wanted to learn and her pation and concern of the patients not just me. I have a request which will help her understand the whole process. May she be allowed to be there for my surgery or surgeries if okay with dr Hoffman. I would love if she will learn thank you This was a pleasure to be at this clinic everyone was so nice but one young lady stood out above all. Madi thank you for your care concerns and kindness This was duly noted. You have a carrying soul ., it means allot to me I have so many things going on in my life at this time and eye surgery’s are a big deal and I’m a big baby. But her kindness and willing to find out about you The clinic is so lucky to have an awesome employee. Keep up the awesome job. Madi you are going to go far in this life.
