Love, love, love this clinic. Dr Bailey is amazing, professional and kind. His staff is just as wonderful; from the nurse who checks you in and runs the tests to the gal who helps you with your lenses, everybody is happy and friendly. Dr Bailey was thorough, intelligent and well educated in my particular eye issue. I love it when you leave a dr’s office and feel better in every way. Hot Springs is lucky to have Dr Bailey and his staff.

Dr. Bailey was so awesome with my busy toddler son when I took him for his eye exam! He was very patient with him, and he was able to get his diagnosis using some pretty cool kid friendly objects. We ordered glasses there, and there was an issue with the color upon arrival. Amber was really sweet and extremely helpful in getting the issue corrected. Overall, the entire staff was amazing and professional! I would definitely recommend!

Dr. Bailey is absolutely amazing! He listens to you abt your concerns and then he addresses them! The best eye dr I’ve been to In my adult life. And his staff is absolutely amazing. They are very attentive and lets you take your time when trying to find the right pair of glasses. Sam is absolutely amazing. She wants you to find the perfect glasses and does everything in her power to make you happy. I love that this is my eye dr. As long as they are here I’ll be going there!!! Way to go team!! I can’t wait to get my new eyewear!!

Everyone was friendly and professional. They were busy, but everyone remained at ease. Had a good experience and will be back.

I had my eye exam today, and these folks are absolutely fantastic. I had been to 2 other eye doctors since I moved here, was very disappointed, so was a little leery. But I would give these folks a 10++. Very professional, knowledgeable and really nice on top of that, highly recommend.
