I’ve been coming to Hometown Eye Care for eye exams for over 12 years. I think Maria was here when my family started coming here for exams and contacts and glasses. Maria greeted me today with her usual smile and chipper self 😊 She took care of the insurance business and the old frames I’ll use with the new lenses. Melissa was ready right away and performed the extra tests I wanted. She was professional and very nice 👍 Then Dr. Jara did his routine eye exam and explained why my left eye is a little blurry. He recommended a good specialist I’ve used before to help with this issue. Since it involves a bit more than an eye exam, I’m considering it. Thanks Dr. Jara and staff for your fine work and attention to detail. I’m looking forward to getting my new glasses soon! 🤓 Laura

We've been going to see Dr Kevin Jara at Hometown Eye Care for many years for our routine eye exams and new glasses. Offices are clean, equipment is up-to-date and scheduling is easy. Dr Jara and staff are welcoming and efficient. Highly recommend.

We’ve been going to Hometown Eye Care for years. They are the nicest people. So patient when making decisions and giving excellent customer service. Same with Dr. Jara great office, great staff. Very attentive to each person.

I had a really great experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the doctor is just as kind and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take the time to make sure everything is right. Their pricing on both glasses and lenses is very reasonable, which is a huge plus. What stood out to me the most is their honesty and how well they stand behind their protection plans they truly honor what they promise. If your prescription doesn’t feel quite right, they don’t brush you off they take it seriously and make sure you’re taken care of. That level of care and integrity is hard to find these days. I highly recommend them

Excellent place to get glasses/contacts. Dr. Jara is very patient and takes the time to explain things and answer any questions. They also have new machines for testing. The rest of the staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable. I will continue to get my glasses at Hometown Eye Care.
