The entire staff is always so friendly and helpful. Dr. Pawlak always has a smile on her face, kind words to say and explains everything in detail to comprehend better. Just a very warm atmosphere. My whole family goes here. All three of my children enjoy getting their eyes checked each year because Dr. Pawlak makes everything so easy peasy and fun. She is very calming and encouraging!
I've been a patient of Dr. Roehl for a few years now and have always been impressed with her care and concern with my overall eye health. She has referred specialists and coordinates with them to follow-up. I feel confident that my eye health is in good h!nds.
Had an emergency eye issue on a Saturday morning and my current eye doctor office did not have any doctors in that Saturday. The receptionist at my current eye doctor said they could not fit me in until the following Wednesday morning and suggested I go to the Immediate Care center and I did not want to go there. I called Northwest Eyecare at 10 am on Saturday morning and they scheduled me for 12 pm for an emergency exam. I cannot thank the staff enough. I will be switching my eyecare to Northwest Eyecare. Thank you again.
I love NW Eyecare. Dr. Pawlak listened attentively to my concerns and checked my eyes thoroughly. She explained any changes she saw and talked about care going forward. She is personable, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. Her staff was easy to deal with, kind and efficient. Even though we’ve moved farther away, we still return because of the excellent care and engaging personnel. Highly recommend.
