It used to be so different here. I have gotten my glasses adjusted here and they seemed very professional and thorough. This time I had no mirror in front of me, the guy didn't measure or mark anything but I still trusted that he made it straight because I never left here with crooked glasses. Now I'm home and the glasses are obviously lopsided and now I have to go back. before I work so I don't look like an idiot who sat on their glasses in front of customers. And I asked if he could look up if I could order new glasses now without an appointment and he said yes an after the adjustment he said have a good day and immediately went to the next person in line. Worst customer service I've ever had at costco

Came in towards the end of the day (about 15 minutes from closing) with an issue I had with my gas permeable contact lenses. The staff treated us very kindly and took swift action. Marlene had assisted me in getting my contact lens out, and was a huge lifesaver!

Once in a while, you are privileged to meet someone who goes out of the way to help you. My husband had a bad accident and the glasses he purchased were bent. He was in the hospital. Christine took the time to help me. She worked quickly and expertly to fix the glasses for him. I am so very grateful for her kindness at such a difficult time.

The doctor was professional and polite, her facilities were clean, and her staff was friendly and knowledgeable. She also checked her work and compared notes three times to make sure my prescription was correct. If the last eye doctor I used did that, i probably wouldn't need new lenses. You have to remember the Dr's office is a separate business than Costco, so you can't call the glasses counter trying to make a appointment for the independent optometrist.
