I can't say enough good things about Eye Boutique in Algonquin and especially Brandon. I wear frameless glasses, and the tiny plugs that hold the arms to the lenses had worn out. I stopped in expecting to leave my glasses or wait for a repair, but Brandon had me taken care of in less than five minutes. He replaced the plugs, secured the arms, and had my glasses looking and feeling like new. His knowledge, skill, and willingness to help were truly impressive. It's rare to find service this fast, friendly, and professional. Thank you, Brandon, for going above and beyond. I highly recommend Eye Boutique and Dr. Brito! He was so easy to talk to and explained things clearly and answered questions in an easy to understand manner. Mary C went above and beyond helping me pick out frames for glasses and was very helpful with getting prescription lenses in my sun glass frames. Everyone working there was friendly, smiley & super pleasant!! Very knowledgeable also! Great selection of frames and everything came in quickly even with the holidays!
