Fielmann Vision Care

I had an appointment here 6/22/26 and the experience was amazing! The office is so clean and well designed, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Sales was very thorough and kind. Korey checked me in and helped me during my visit, she took her time and offered lots of advice while picking frames. I ended up getting two pairs. One were Fielmann brand sunglasses that I was able to add a mirrored blue finish to! I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years and have never had an experience this good. Would definitely recommend.

Had an appointment and was very impressed with this new location in Algonquin. The store was very nice with a large selection of frames. I was able to find multiple glasses and even sunglasses. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Sales was awesome! Will definitely be recommending Fielmann Vision Care.

Went in and was really impressed with the service and atmosphere, even though it's a new business the staff have been trained well and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was helped by Victoria and she was very fun and professional. Highly recommend

It was my first time at this office. The staff members were very friendly. They greet you right when you come in. Malinie took me to take my measurements, she was efficient and explained all the tests. Dr.Sales was very sweet and easy to talk to. The exam went very quick but I didn’t feel rushed. Afterwards Korey helped me check out. I mainly went in to update my prescription and order contacts because I was on my last pair. A good thing to know is the price match contact prices with 1800contacts, they did that for me. They made using my insurance is and painless. While I was waiting for Korey to finish pricing out my bill Malinie helped me look at frames. I was not 100% sure I wanted new frames as my prescription did not change much but i was interested in looking at what they had. Malinie always took in my likes and dislikes on lens sizes to material of the frames. I did find a pair I liked but did not bite the bullet. They were very nice about that and not pushy. They did keep record just in case i changed my mind and I could call them anytime without having to physically go. All in all, I would go back. Each staff member I interacted with took their job seriously but it was a relaxed environment. They seem to genuinely enjoy being there

I saw Doctor Sales. She was very personable, thorough, and very professional. Victoria also helped with frame selection and my insurance needs. Great staff and great frame selections. They just opened in March of 2026, and I'll definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Mary also informed me about discounts like half off a second pair, and $50 referral gift cards. And they carry brands that other competitors don't, like Maui Jim. I ordered a pair with magnetic sunglass attachments, something else that isn't available at many local competitors.
