Place is a disaster. There are better, more organized and more caring eye doctors in South Jersey. They have too many offices and no concern for customer service or satisfaction. Had an appointment scheduled for 8:15 in EHT. Arrived at 8:05 in Galloway office. Galloway made me wait while they called EHT office and then advised I needed to reschedule. I refused and drove to EHT and arrived at 8:26 for my 8:15 appt and they initially refused to see me. Then they told me they would see me but proceeded to make me wait for an hour. 11 minutes late after going to two different offices and complete lack of care for my time. Been going for over 20 years but it’s now run like a mill and I will be moving on.

Dr. Mazur is absolutely the bomb. I've been going to her for years and would never in my life go anywhere else. She is very thorough and absolutely the best in what she does. She takes her time, very kind, sweet and her bed side manners are top notch. She is a rare doctor that actually cares. I love her to pieces. She hears me and puts my eyes first. I will never see another eye doctor, period. She is the one that makes that office.. She is a blessing.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, which made the check-in process quick and stress-free. Dr. Mazur was thorough during the exam, taking the time to explain each step and answer all of my questions without rushing. I especially appreciated how clearly she explained my prescription and offered helpful advice for reducing eye strain from screen use. Overall the visit felt professional, comfortable, and genuinely patient focused. I left feeling confident about my eye health and glad I chose Horizon Eye Care.
We were first appt and waited almost an hour to be seen. The front desk could not find our insurance. I just hung up with Aetna we have insurance and they are a network provider. We had to pay cash for the exam. We saw Dr. Lamb who was extremely thorough. Our previous provider Dr. Mazer left Horizon Eye Care.
I don't deserve it A quite late afternoon with not so many clients, I came to pick up my glass. Welcome me is an unfriendly staff. Without saying hi or anything, she was just looking at me and wait for me to say. I told her I need to pick up my glass. She asked me for my name and order me to sit down. I then stepped to the administration desk to ask about an upcoming appointment. Few minutes later she came out and loudly demand me to come over her table. I politely said: "Give me a minute, I'm making an appointment." with a bullying and unpleasant tone, she order : "do this first and you can do that later." she actually brought back my memories when my mom ordered me around when I was a child. the administrator is also not pleasant either. I paid over $500 dollars for the glass And what did I do wrong to deserve this? disrespectful manner from staff who is unfairly rushing me around like that. I am 5-10 years older than most of them, even though I looks like 10 years younger than my age. doesn't matter how old customers are, where they are coming from. We should be treated fairly and respectfully.
