Everyone had a smile, did their jobs in a sweet and positive way. They were ALL wonderful. My husband and I (he goes in for his surgery in a couple of weeks but he was with me all the way) are very happy with the results.
My sister referred me to her eye doctor and I was so impressed. It was the best exam experience that I have ever had. I got the full service and the testing has changed so much. They have a lot of updated stuff. It was a breeze , quick and painless. Everybody was so nice there from the check in girl at the front desk to the testing tech, Shawn he was great so was Dr Cook not to mention the eye glass girl who helped me order a new pair of glasses. I can't say enough how impressed and please I was with my appointment today. Everything moved quickly but not rushed. They are very organized there and everybody seemed to enjoy their jobs which says a lot. I highly recommend this place even for just an eye exam it will be the best you've ever had.
My experience with the entire Horizon staff was terrific. Every staff member and examiner was great. Dr. Ghobraiel explained the procedure in detail and took adequate time in doing so. Jennifer was extremely kind and got my appointments set up and now I'm ready to get my vision where it needs to be. Thank you everyone.
I had cataract surgery in my left eye 2 weeks ago and I can't believe the difference. I can see so clearly now it's unbelievable. If you want to see better go to Horizon. They are all so nice and will explain everything to you as far as what you need to get done to see better. And they are also very professional and very fast. I thought they were going to start the operation on my eye and they were already done. I didn't feel a thing. I'm getting my right eye done in a couple of days and I can't wait. The only negative thing I have to say is that now I can see all the dirt on my walls which I have to finish cleaning. Contact Horizon eye specialists. You won't be sorry.
I've been going to this facility for 3+ years. Staff and Dr's are awesome. Just had my cataract removed with Lazer last week. The facility was great, the care i received was wonderful. Dr Levin did a great job and I can't wait for my second eye to get done. Painless, seamless and a great experience all around.
