Front desk lady is incredibly rude. I called to set up an appointment and told the receptionist what insurance I had and she kept saying that it wasn't the correct insurance... I'm pretty sure I know what I have - it's extremely well known and everywhere accepts it. So I set up the appointment, she made sure she greeted every man that walked in and completely ignored me. Dr. Horner herself was nice but seems like she has 0 sense of humor and doesn't really go out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She did get my prescription right, which was nice. When my husband and I went back out into the lobby area after our exams to pick out frames, the receptionist once again was rude and put all her attention on other people, including my husband. I had to ask her to measure my PD. Fast forward to getting my glasses, I repeatedly said "these are making me nauseas, I don't like them". The coating I was given for blue blockers was causing all sorts of reflections. I've had this given to me before and they're horrible to see through. I was told "take them home and try them for a week"... I couldn't even wear them for more than 2 minutes without my head spinning. Once I finally got my prescription situated, it was like I was a burden every time I had to walk in there and deal with the receptionist. Come two years later... I still have yet to get a reminder card to get an exam or anything for me or my family. Horrible business and customer service. Will not be returning.
