Rosin Eyecare - Mchenry

I have to first say that everyone at the office is pleasant, professional and easy to work with. 2 years ago I had an appointment here, ordered new glasses and they had to be sent back 3 times before they were right. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and chalked it up as bad luck. Fast forward to this year and same thing. New appointment, new glasses ordered. New glasses arrived and they're "off". I was told "oops....I see where the problem was", glasses were sent back . Picked up new glasses and sure enough, still wrong. I give up. Would rather spend the extra money and go somewhere else where I can order a new pair of glasses and get them on the first try.

The Dr I saw was great and friendly. My largest complaint is I went to McHenry location last year and loved the staff and doctors. Ladies were so personable. The Woodstock location on the other hand was very Blah. I feel once I said the glasses were too expensive for me it’s like they could care less of my needs. Tell me why I get a FULL EYE AND CONTACT EXAM but when I call because the prescription they gave me on my Rx does not include pupillary distance I have to pay $25 to get this done. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO ROSIN and neither will my children and husband. Onto finding a better eye dr location!!

The entire staff is very knowledgeable. As a patient, I have never felt like a “number” I see Dr Peterson and have recommended him to at least five other people, who all expressed happiness at his skill and professional, yet personable approach

Rosin Eyecare was recommended to me by my opthalmologist for prescription glasses. They were great to work with! I wasn't rushed, questions were answered, they paid attention to medical issues and made recommendations for lenses based on that, and they went above and beyond to help with budget. My previous glasses were from a different place, and were less expensive, but no measurements were taken and the customer service was definitely not as good.

Every time I visit their McHenry location I encounter friendly, professional people. Not only are they very thorough with all exams, they're individual personalities put you at ease. I never hesitate to recommend them whenever I have the opportunity.
