I have lived in Atlanta, San Diego, Portland, Dallas and now Houston. This is the best Hospital that i have ever been to. They have all the latest machines. Everything is super clean and neat. The staff is very nice and accommodating to all your problems and pain. I have never waited more than 15 min in the emergency room. The Hospital rooms are all private and very large with 70" televisions. The nursing care is top notch and never waited when i pressed the call button.

Sitting here for 6 hours to get a ct scan and wait for a MRI to find out they wanna transfer me to downtown 6565 fannin 17th floor bc they don't have a specialist here to speak with or help me . Said the ambulance would be here @5 I will update that and let you know. Clean place the vending machine is wack expensive 🫰 AF 4-5 drinks 12oz . Plenty of Seating and phone charging station that was nice . Wanted to m leave me in a small room to wait for the MRI out of site out of mind so I asked to sit in the lobby with everyone else . I'm glad I did .

Since relocating to the area, my partner and I needed to find a new OBGYN, which led us to Dr. Tagg at this hospital. We've had a really great experience so far! Everyone is so friendly and helpful—the staff is communicative and attentive, and the nurses are wonderful. They're super informative and always quick to respond when I message through the portal. We really appreciate how clean the facility is and how punctual they are with appointments. I can't stand waiting forever at doctors' offices, and I honestly don't think I've ever had a long wait here. We've also interacted with staff on the hospital side during a few visits, and they were all very kind and welcoming. We're really happy with this hospital and everyone we've encountered so far!

This was our first time using Houston Methodist’s services, and we were absolutely delighted. My husband needed an emergency endoscopy, and upon arrival, we received prompt and friendly care. We had previously gone to Memorial Hermann and were quite disappointed with the service there, which is why we acted quickly and went straight to Houston Methodist. Everyone here from the entrance and the emergency department to the endoscopy unit was incredibly kind, including to my baby. Ms. Rene, the receptionist in the endoscopy area, is so patient and always treats people with such warmth and charm; she truly is the "World's Best Receptionist" (as her desk plaque says). She was exceptionally attentive and helpful to both me and my baby that is a genuine dedication to service, something hard to find in medical centers.

5 stars for observation care and ER care. i had great nurses (balzilla, abir, and two night nurses i forget their names) in observation care. i was anxious about my stay time and really wanted to understand my illness. dr ameen and sumir were very kind as well. my inpatient care experiences were not the best, it’s why i can’t give the full 5.
