I have found the best Optometrist, best staff, best frames place ever. i2i has the best and funnest selection of frames I've ever seen, and I've been to more than a few optometrists due to moving around. Dr. Michael Cook is great: kind, patient, and thorough. I highly recommend i2i.
Dr Cook is the friendliest person ever! You feel so comfortable having your eyes examined. The staff is great, Nancy goes over all your options with purchasing your glasses or contacts. Seeing Dr Cook and the staff is a very pleasant experience, I’ll be back next year.
I’ve been coming here for almost 30 years now. My entire family sees Dr Cook. He is so thorough, and this is important when eye issues run in the family. Besides being thorough and professional, I really get the feeling Dr Cook enjoys his line of work and it isn’t just a job for him, it’s his calling. He has a level of enthusiasm and dedication that makes it enjoyable seeing him each year. There’s a reason we’ve been here this long.
Dr. Cook is an excellent and thorough doctor. I’ve been wearing contact lenses for over 20 years, and he always takes the time to carefully check every aspect of my eye health — not just update my prescription. Both my sister and I have been his patients for several years, and we’ve consistently had great experiences with him and his office staff. Staff are very patient and they check for our insurance coverage and even advise if we are qualified for any contact rebates . All and all great experience .
Always a phenomenal experience! Dr. Cook is outstanding along with friendly, professional staff. Appointments are thorough, never waiting to get in and they are always using to newest testing to ensure your eyes remains healthy. I am grateful to be with this practice for more than twnety-seven years. You will be in fantastic hands!
