This is why I buy from other companies online. The rare occurrence that I HAD to come here and here it is 2:00 in the afternoon and they have a line at the self checkouts going through half of the store. The people at the registers have full cart loads and I can see them switching products out and trying to confuse the system. (Shoplifters) Why is it that I had three items including an outdoor pack and after I pay for my things (card still in the machine) the employee walks up and snatches the backpack out of my hand while telling me it is store policy for her to look through it. Excuse me? That 4th amendment goes for Wal Mart employees too. Do I look like I steal? I literally watched you let your friends you were gossiping with that were literally trying to confuse you as they shop lifted go and you’re going to snatch a backpack out of a veterans hands? This employee needs to go. If this truly is their store policy someone needs to sue them. You do not have ANY authority touching any of the items I have purchased. Be better Wal Mart.

Bought a primo water dispenser they were out of the water bottles. Cause you’re supposed to get a free one when you buy it comes with a coupon. Come back the next day they have water bottles. They won’t honor the coupon. Rude employees managers don’t honor coupons don’t honor their rain checks and all the skills are awesome. You’re actually paying more money for your food again. Walmart is a rip off.

I purchased a polo assn. Shirt on sale $10 clearance from $28. It didn't say this side only or a certain color. I went back bought another shirt different color the table stated $10 clearance it rang up $10. So I came back with the shirt and wanted it for the clearance price it stated. All I got was a run around from supposed managers but I feel were not. I can't get ahold of store manager. What kind of absolute terrible customer service is this? If I could give you -10 I would.

I’ve never been disappointed at this Walmart, it almost always has everything I need. Also, the shipping from the store to my home is crazy fast, I almost couldn’t believe it. Way faster than when I lived in the valley.

Bought some fireworks for New Year's Eve, got home to do them, but nobody in our Neighborhood was still doing any. Brought them back to Walmart in Show Low to try to return. (completely Unopened) Upon getting a person at Customer service, this lady, black hair and tattoos said they were unreturnable. Left and called Taylor Walmart and they said they would return them for us! And they did! It's always a Hassle trying to return anything at this store
