I first came here in 2023 and returned again today for a routine eye exam, and this office continues to be outstanding. The quality of care is excellent and very consistent. The front office staff, assistants, and technicians were all welcoming, professional, and kind. Dr. Tram Ton-Tran was extremely thorough in her exam, detail-oriented, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making the visit feel rushed. I really appreciated the attentiveness and overall patient care. It’s clear this office takes pride in providing high-quality care. I left very happy with my visit and will definitely be bringing my family here as well. Highly recommend.

Has no care for patients. I scheduled an appointment that you guys made me wait THREE whole months for. I had to request time off of work to accommodate your open hours only to be called the week of to tell me you no longer see patients at 4pm. You should honor those appointments before you decided to change policy. I now am going without medical care and lost time of pay because of negligence at the this office.

I have to say the doctor here was amazing! She was so kind and patient working with me to get my eyes adjusted so I could get a new pair of distance glasses. My old optical place that I went to could not figure out why they could not get my left eye to focus. She knew what was going on with it and took her time and was able to get my eyes to work together. She is very experienced I could tell. I never leave reviews too much but I had to today. From the doctor to everyone in her staff they were very nice and did a great job. Thank you ICare for everything!

First time getting an eye exam. Doctor was super friendly and thorough, she explained everything so well! Their staff is very attentive to what I needed and everyone here is so nice. This office has great selection of glasses. This is optometry office is definitely a 10/10 highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I rarely write reviews but I believe this office deserves a great one, especially after the care my sons and I received during our visits last week. From the front desk personnel to the ones who helped us with our tests and glasses selection to the doctor, everyone was super friendly and treated us like family. The doctor herself was very thorough and professional but she also was very personable, sweet and gentle to kids, even my 6 year-old son, who is normally scared of going to the doctor’s office, loved her. Thank you Dr. Ton and staff for such a great experience! My family and I will be returning for sure!
