I took my father in-law to an appointment here and the check-in process was very simple and the lady upfront was very nice and welcoming. The assistant that helped my father in-law was also very nice and made him feel very comfortable as he doesn’t speak or understand much English which is why I went with him. When the doctor came in he didn’t introduce himself or say hello, he literally just sat down and pulled the equipment towards my father in-laws face (without warning) and started moving things around and talking only to the assistant. When he finished his examination he began to explain his findings and I was barely able to ask a question as he seemed in a hurry to leave the room. Working in health care myself I know how important it is to make sure your patients feel comfortable especially when the diagnosis is fragile. It’s unfortunate that we had this experience. A simple “hello how are” goes a long way.

Very friendly staff clean and fresh waiting area. Only thing that could have made my visit better would have been a shorter wait time considering I had an appointment. Other than that I think it is a great place if you have optometry needs.

Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to walk me through my new prescription in a way that actually made sense. They also clearly explained the costs, which I really appreciated -no confusion or pressure, just helpful guidance. This level of customer service is exactly why I keep coming back. The whole team creates a welcoming, professional environment that makes the process easy and comfortable every time.

Best eye exam i have had in a really long time. Everyone there was really helpful and friendly. From start to finish it was a really good experience. The way they did things was really efficient. Glad i was able to be seen by them. It was nice to walk in to a place where people actually seemed to want to be there.

Excellent first time visit. Was not kept waiting for my appointment time like some places. Doctor and the staff made me feel very comfortable and treated me with respect, not just patient to push through. The young lady who helped me find my frames was great and a strong asset to the team.
