Dr. Brock and his staff are amazing! They reply to my questions, concerns and requests very timely. They always work me in if I am having eye issues. Greatly appreciate everything they do.
I called to get colored contacts for my prescription, I had a few questions and front desk answered some and cut me off mid sentence and told me to “ have a good day”
All the staff is always very friendly to me! Very recently I was having trouble with getting my contacts ordered… BUT when I called to follow up Whitney helped me! She went out of her way to fix the situation! I greatly appreciate her!
IDocs is great. You get taken care of on time. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. Now Dr Hendricks is fabulous and takes care of his patients. He does not rush you to get out. He listens to what you have to say or questions that you may have.
