The best experience I've ever had for eyecare. They explain every bit of the process including what insurance covers and the exact prices you're expected to pay. Staff is absolutely phenomenal. They give you the prescription without having to ask and without an eyeroll. From front desk, to the eyewear specialists to the optometrist. I cannot recommend them enough!
Absolutely the best service! The staff are professional, helpful and timely in their responses. Office visits are fast ane efficient. Due to insurance coverage we had to use another provider in town for a couple of years, it was a terrible experience! We changed insrance companies and ran back ro VKO as fast as we could and haven't looked back once. A happy family of 5!
If you're looking for the best service, Dr. Vierthaler Kessen's office does a wonderful job! The longest I've ever waited in their waiting room is maybe 15 minutes. The attentiveness and care I receive here is always great! Greg is so helpful when it comes to choosing the right pair and adjusting them to your specific needs. The doctor and the young lady that helped me when I received my glasses for a fitting were great but the older blonde haired person at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. Not a good representation of a professional office.
