DONT SCHEDULE HERE! Eye exam day I was rushed through because they were short staffed. Same when I picked out my lenses that were suppose to be in my price range of $150 doctor even picked them out and I showed and sent her my insurance coverage. I asked the doctor what would be my total quote she said with lenses and frame I would pay $260 I said great order them. I get a text I owe $372 after insurance coverage! Not happy I paid it I need the glasses a whole week later Im still struggling with these glasses depth perception is completely off, I cant see 3 cars length away and up close is all that is magnified. Also I paid $150 that was suppose to cover exam and unlimited refittings for my contacts and my insurance covered $160 but now I owe $48 more to order 3 months supply make that make sense? From my husband picking up my glasses to me getting my glasses adjusted they have just been blatantly rude because I've decided to take my business elsewhere how can I trust a businesses that continues to change their prices?
