We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Viktoriya Rudnik! I brought my son Daniel for his pediatric eye exam, and everything about the visit was excellent. The whole process was very well organized — we were seen right on time, and the entire team was incredibly patient and kind. The assistants during pre-testing were amazing and made everything feel smooth and easy. Dr. Rudnik was extremely thorough, but what impressed me most was how naturally she connected with Daniel. She turned the exam into a game, playing with him while examining his eyes, and he had such a great time. He isn’t even three years old yet, but he was completely comfortable and cooperative the entire visit. You can immediately see how experienced she is with children and how much she truly cares about her patients. Dr. Viktoriya Rudnik is truly exceptional. I highly recommend her to any parent looking for a pediatric eye doctor.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this office! From the moment I called to schedule my daughter's appointment, the entire experience was seamless and welcoming. After seeing another doctor, I was determined to find a provider who could help slow the progression of my 9-year-old daughter's myopia with MiSight contact lenses. From start to finish, this office exceeded every expectation. We never experienced long waits, and every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Dr. Rudnik was incredibly thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed, something that's becoming increasingly rare. She truly cared about making sure we understood every step of the process and all of our options. When it came time for my daughter to learn how to insert and remove her contact lenses, Davina was absolutely amazing. Since my daughter had never even been able to touch her eyes, it took several training sessions. Davina was endlessly patient, encouraging, FUNNY, and kind throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, my daughter went from being afraid to touch her eyes to confidently wearing her contact lenses. I cannot recommend this office highly enough. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate team that truly cares about its patients, this is the place to go.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Viktoriya Rudnik and her team, especially therapists Roseann and Francesca. Dr. Rudnik was extremely thorough during my evaluation. She pertormed multiple tests, clearly explained her findings, and walked me through the treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. I felt confident and well-informed after my visit. Roseann and Francesca were both outstanding. They are knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. I began noticing improvements after my very first session, and by the second session, I was already able to stop wearing my glasses. The entire team is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking vision therapy or related care.

Our visit to this office was extraordinary! The overall vibe was so welcoming and calm! The doctor and staff were meticulous in their work and extremely gentle and caring with my son! No wait time at all and everyone worked in sync. I've been to many eye specialists over the years and this experience was far beyond anything I have ever had! Kudos to Doc Gelfond and her staff!

I visited NYC Pupil last month. Dr. Rudnik was very professional and detailed. She took the time to thoroughly explain my condition before prescribing eye drops and prescription glasses. The rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend them.
