I have been a patient at this office for the past several years, and every visit has been a blessing experience. Doctor Tjsndra and all the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Dr. Tjandra is one of the all-time greats in my book! Where to start? Her staff is organized, communicates well, and the office uses technology wisely. Everything is well managed. Vision correction has been spot on, and twice she has seen me for an urgent matter. She has consistently shown care and thoroughness. She listens. She thinks and reasons, and solves the problem, all while exhibiting genuine concern. A few months ago I suddenly developed glaucoma, just before I was to leave on an trip to South America. Although eye pressure had been stable for several days, I began having visual disturbances indicative of pressure increases during the trip. With the help of a local optometrist monitoring pressures she was able to adjust medication and get pressure back to normal before I flew back to the US. Great effort by her and her whole team! I can't say enough good about Dr. T!
I appreciate this practice very much. Dr. Tjandra and her staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. Every examination is very thorough with follow-up in a short time. I have been able to schedule an appointment on short notice when necessary. I am very happy with the eye care I receive here.
Dr. Tjandra and the whole staff are wonderful! My exam was thorough and I had a very short wait time. The staff was patient in helping me pick out frames, and they went out of their way to make sure I had extra contact lenses while I waited for my order.
I use the online appointment center and it worked great. They’re always so good about getting you in if you have a problem I’ve even called before after closing time and they’ve accommodated me if you want somebody that really knows what they’re doing and really cares. This is the right spot.
