Loved this place, my husband, son and I have all gone there. The Dr took the time to get to know each of us and our vision needs. This also included an extra visit for myself because the Dr noticed something and wanted to investigate it further. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately we have moved.
Been here twice and both times got great service, making this my new eye doctor's office. Everyone is friendly and great at their job
Dr. Paula is patient centric and I trust her care implicitly! She never puts the financial benefits of her firm above the care of her patients!
Not always the most friendly staff in general and while I had no issues reordering lenses, I had a lot of issues actually obtaining my lense-reorder due to poor communication between staff members and poor communication to me.
Dr. Sarah was very polite and professional. Anna was attentive, patient, and informative in helping us select new frames and lenses. I highly recommend In Vision!
