Rose saved the day at Walmart optical, I was on vacation with the family and I had to dive into a pool to retrieve my son’s goggles from the pool. I lost both contacts I called Walmart optical and rose hooked me up with a trial pair of contacts that fit and were the correct prescription thank you so much 😊😊

Traveling through South Dakota and stopped into get my frame replaced (broken frame only). I received GREAT service from Rose and Sacha. They put my lenses into a new frame on the spot and I was done in a matter of minutes. Thanks ladies, great service!
The eye techs are not very proficient. I have been to this Vision Center at least a dozen times in the last eight months to attempt to get my eyeglasses adjusted correctly & they are not very successful. I even had an indention mark on the right side of my head from the eyeglass frame being too tight & a blister on my nose from the nosepiece being adjusted poorly. I have been told on several occasions by the staff that “the majority of people have an asymmetrical face, so they have to go by that,” however in my case that belief does not work & I end up with severely crooked frame adjustments. Also there is one eye tech that ignores you while you are waiting at the reception desk. We have had to stand there & wait while she is visiting with another tech. And if she has a prior customer, she does not even acknowledge that you are standing there for 10-20 minutes. I do not mind waiting, but she could at least have the courtesy to acknowledge you are there & ask you to wait a few moments. Honestly they are not that busy. In the future I will probably not purchase eyeglasses from Walmart Vision Center. Would not recommend.
Forgot my contacts on vacation and came here to see if they could help. Dawn was super friendly in explaining everything to me, helping me get my prescription, and then finding the contacts that fit. Great customer service!!!
If your a place of buisness, dont u think you would at the very least have someone to pick up the phone......but then I don't have a business I'm just pretty sure thats how it should work.
