The ladys here are very nice! And they do what they must to make sure your glasses feel perfect on your face. And the doctor and tech here are very sweet and did not mind taking there time with me to make sure I got the ideal perception 😁 10/10 I will be coming here again!

I went to the Walmart in Rapid City I needed an adjustment really bad on my glasses and I was 8 hours away from my eyeglass place so I took a chance and I went in I walked in and was welcomed right away by Brandy who was willing to take the time to listen to my problem! I enjoyed my visit at this location and who knows maybe I will just take a trip every year to get my glasses ordered

I'd love to give Dr Wilson 5 stars as he is wonderful. My children see him and hes great with them! HOWEVER the receptionist for him is terribly rude and definitely cannot hide her dislike for children.

I've seen Dr Wilson at Walmart on LaCrosse for years. He's easy to work with. The women in the front area who sell glasses are nice. However his receptionist Joni is horrendous to deal with. Just nasty. I will go elsewhere because of her. I will buy my glasses and contacts from Walmart on Stumer Road. Sasha and the other employees there are knowledgeable and kind. That matters.

I wasn't surprised that there already was a bad review. I had an emergency situation and just moved to Rapid City from out of state and was out of lenses. Dawn the gal who was working was no help. She also wasn't willing to ask the doctor anything until after his last appointment of the day, which would be hours later. She said I would have to pay for 100.00 visit before I would be helped. Mind you I just had one back in Colorado before I moved her a month ago. I requested to leave my phone number so the doctor could call me back, Dawn just laughed and said, "oh, he doesn't return phone calls.'' Heaven forbid they offer any customer service. I called and spoke with another opitical place, Optical Works here in town and Tammy was phenomenal. I had a free sample lens right away and was able to see again. My family of 7 just found our new optical place, Walmart just lost business.
