It was my first visit to the clinic and it was amazing. Dr. Kasten was professional as well as very easy to talk with. She took her time going over the notes from my exam and answered all of my questions. I will be back for followups and would highly recommend.
The receptionists were very friendly. My family saw 2 Drs. A male and female. Both very nice. We felt slightly rushed with the male Dr. Glasses were ready the same day. No special lens needed.
Dr. Elizabeth is amazing! She took the time to look at previous test from an alternate optical source out of Rapid City that didn’t release any info to me and never followed up for my son. Dr. Elizabeth took her time to save my child from possibly losing his eyesight or potential disability. I highly recommend this clinic. The staff were very friendly upon arrival and to the end. They took the time to make my son feel relaxed, comfortable, listened to and he is grateful for the glasses he has. They also were very respectful to what our insurance covered and gave good choices within our limits. If you have ever felt uncomfortable with an optical facility than I highly recommend visual eyes!!!
Everyone that helped me were pleasant and professionally, took time to answer all of my questions, and encouraged me to provide feedback about my lenses over the next week to be sure that the lenses were a good fit for my activities.
I would highly recommend Visual Eyes—such a professional business. I would not consider going anywhere else for eye care, eye exam, and the advice I received. Dr. Ice was the optometrist who did my eye exam. The employees, the business and the way I was treated was all so professional.
