Infinity Eyecare of Denver

This review is long overdue! Friday Memorial Day weekend 2026, I suddenly suffered an eye emergency; out of desperation, before heading to the emergency room, I took my chances and stopped in right at closing! They took me in, without hesitation, and resolved my issue with great care and a thorough educational explanation as to what happened, the whole time treating me as if I had an appointment during regular business hours - it was their anniversary weekend to boot! I was so impressed with my care, that I decided to make my next eye exam appointment with them for the following month. A few days before my appointment, Jordan called to let me know my insurance wasn’t going to cover for another month she suggested that I hold off a few more weeks and I would get better coverage. I can’t give enough accolades to Jordan and Dr. Bistodeau…really the whole practice for the excellent care and kindness they provide. I have since had my eye exam and it went equally as well. If you are looking for a new Optometrist, I would highly recommend this practice.

I had a great experience at Infinity Eye Care of Denver and will definitely come back. From the moment you step in, the environment is positive and welcoming. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. I came in for a pair of polarized sunglasses. I ended up wanting a specific style and color that had to be ordered. The staff were helpful and the ordering process was smooth. The sunglasses came promptly. In the world of so many mega store options, I’m so glad I chose Infinity instead. They had a level of service and care I never had at other providers.

Truly the best eye doctor I've ever been to. I lost major vision in my left eye due to a sclera ulcer and was told by so many doctors, for 10 years, that there wasn't much to do about it. Once seeing Dr. Bistodeau , it was clear he genuinely cared about my loss of vision and wanted to help. He started offering sclera lenses and allowed me to be his Guinea pig. These lenses have been life changing and I can't thank them enough.

We have been coming here ever since Dr B and Jordan bought the practice- always the kindest people, Adam keeps us looking sharp in our glasses, and we look forward to seeing them every year. Cannot recommend enough.

Dr. Bistodeau is amazing! He is kind, very thorough, knowledgeable and genuinely cares. His wife Jordan, the office manager is also just the sweetest person! Highly recommend!
